Is this like pet insurance?
No. Traditional pet insurance is reactive and Vetted is proactive. In other words, insurance (sometimes) reactively covers treatment for the unexpected: like when there is an accident or injury. We are designed in a way that gives your pet the best chance at preventing those accidents and illnesses from occurring. Vetted’s approach is to try to get ahead of the curve rather than wait until your pet’s health is compromised.
Why preventative healthcare kits? What’s included in them?
We created our preventative healthcare kits because we want you to be able to give your pet their best life! Our team (including our Vetted Council of veterinarians) does the research for you, providing you with the tools and resources you need to care for your pet’s health at home (think: teeth cleaning kits, probiotics, and mobility supplements). We love Google, but it’s not the move for trusted information on how to care for your pet. Our kits allow you to properly care for your pet in between your twice yearly vet visits so they can be ‘miauwing’ and ‘wouufing’ for years to come!

Managing my Vetted Membership
Can I customize my kits?
Even better, we'll customize it for you! When you become a Vetted Plus Member, we'll take the time to talk to you and understand your unique pet's needs. From there we’ll send you custom-tailored kits every other month with products specifically geared towards your pet!
Do the Vetted kits include anything like toys or treats?
While our preventative health care kits are focused on your pet’s health, what’s life without a little joy? We love to add a little surprise in each and every kit you receive :)
Can I upgrade my Vetted Membership to pay annually?
Absolutely! Easily upgrade your Vetted Membership by texting or calling us at (281) 417-5945. We’ll get your pro-rated annual membership all set up and ready to go.
Can I pause or skip a month? What if I need to cancel?
Reach out to us and we can help find a solution for you! You aren’t able to pause or skip a month directly from the app, but reach out to us and we can figure out something on a case-by-case basis. We can be reached via text or phone call at (281) 417-5945.

If you are going to be traveling, moving, or in need of updating your shipping address prior to any kits being shipped to you, please update your information in your account and our team will be sure your kit gets to you!
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Billing & Pricing
What are my membership options?
Becoming a Vetted Member is easy with two options, Vetted and Vetted Plus, so you can choose what’s just right for you and your pet. Please head over to our Membership page to learn more!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Your information will be saved inside of your Vetted account for all subscriptions.
If I’m paying monthly, when will I be billed?
Vetted Members who pay monthly will be charged on the same day each month that you started your membership. Example: If you signed up for Vetted on the 12th you will be charged on the 12th each month with the credit card on file.
How does the 20% off work for paying yearly?
Vetted Members who pay yearly save A LOT! Memberships that include our preventative healthcare kits save 20% ($142!) by paying upfront for a year of incredible benefits and support. Simply choose the yearly option when you sign-up, no code required!
